Satellite Packaging is an opportunity for you to take the next step with your introduced mortgage business.
As a Satellite Packager, you will be able to take total control of the front end processing, including the instruction of the valuation, and, therefore, create your own service standards. You will be accessing the products from our current panel of lenders, making use of your ability to manage the process and earn attractive procuration fees.
You will receive training, electronic packaging guides and documentation, to help you to deliver first class packaged cases to AToM, which will go straight through to offer from our in house underwriters.
Currently, you will be able to package for the following lenders:
• Blemain
• Cheshire MC
• First National
• Igroup
• Kensington
• Money Partners
In most cases, you will probably be directly authorised by the FSA, although some ‘Networks’ understand and accept the benefits brought to their members business, and are becoming more relaxed with their members taking this route. You may be already packaging for some lenders, but would like to extend your options.
Please note that new terms apply from February 2009. These can be made available by request.
