The lender's decision is always final and is based upon receipt of a completed application form or Decision in Principle form and supporting documents.

If you take out an interest only advance you should ensure that you have a repayment vehicle in place to repay the capital debt. A 1% increase in interest rates can have a dramatic impact on your monthly payment, you should not assume rates will remain stable over the period of the loan. Make sure you can afford your mortgage if your income falls.
